Fine Art Print Our ultra-premium fine art paper is printed using high quality archival inks. This paper has the ultimate thickness and feel with a slight watercolor texture. These giclee prints are printed on top of the line printers so you can be certain your artwork will look incredible. This product is offered in nearly any size you need and we are happy to accommodate special size requests. Full bleed, edge-to-edge printing is standard.

Each print is custom-made for your order. We print on high-end printers with top-quality archival inks and heavyweight matte fine art papers. (240 gsm matte, acid-free, non-yellowing)

WHERE DO YOU SHIP from?
Fine Art prints of all sizes are available to be shipped worldwide from Pittsburgh, PA, USA.
Original art will be shipped from Israel via DHL courier (3-9 working days delivery. The time depends on destination)

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
High-value international shipments may be subject to international duty fees. The end customer is responsible for these duties and shall pay these directly to the appropriate agencies.

Refunds and Exchanges for Prints
We do not offer refunds on custom printed orders, however, we do offer a 100% guarantee that the product will arrive in perfect condition or we will replace it.

Refund Policy for Original Painting
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I'm not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
If this is your concern please convo me regarding shipping insurance.

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes! Once you place an order and it is processed, you will receive a tracking ID for your parcel.

WHAT IF THE TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT MY CUSTOMER HAS NOT RECEIVED IT?
This is very uncommon, but if it does occur then we cannot take responsibility. You will need to place a new order.

HOW ARE THE ORDERS PACKAGED?
Orders are packaged based on the product being shipped. Our smallest artworks ( 11" x 14" and smaller ) are shipped in flat boxes. Larger paintings or prints are shipped via extremely protective tubes.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Standard shipping times are as follows:
United States: 4-14 work days.
Everywhere else - 7- 40 days
Original Paintings will be sent via DHL (3-9 working days delivery. The time depends on the destination)


However, it might take longer during the holiday period. Pay attention that deliveries can stay in customs for up to 45 days.
